By booking our photography and photobooth services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: We provide professional photography and photobooth rental services ("Services") as described on our website. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to our terms and conditions. A non-refundable deposit of [insert amount] is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we offer the following refund policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking date: The deposit amount will be refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date: The deposit amount is non-refundable. If a booking is rescheduled, any changes to the original booking must be approved by our team. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we may consider other exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly. If you wish to make any changes to the services provided (e.g., timing, location, or services requested), please notify us as soon as possible. Any significant changes may incur additional charges. We will arrive 30 minutes before the event start time to set up our equipment. All clients are required to ensure that the location is accessible and suitable for the setup of our equipment. We are not responsible for any damage to personal property or any other liabilities that occur during the event, unless caused by our negligence. The client is responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions required to hold the event at the chosen location. We reserve the right to use your photos for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media. We respect your privacy. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in advance. Neither party will be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, illness, or other unforeseen events). The client agrees to indemnify and hold Boston RecMotion Inc harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the client's negligence or failure to follow the terms of this agreement.
